I am not sure this is a great song for a junior, and not surprisingly she doesn't have enough snap and sazz for it. Love her dress though.

Jumps weren't working for Katerina but really unique to start with her spins. I felt like you could tell she liked her music a lot.

I agree about the song. Going all the way back to Katarina Witt - the Germans have often liked to be Broadway babies or showgirls. (oops - she is NOT from Germany but Israel . Void my comments) She needs more technical development to be really competitive.

Not the best landing on first jump.

Next was better.

Too much dialogue.

This is the best I have seen Katya skate in years!

To be fair, she has had a couple of very rough seasons. Which meant that she wasn't in contention for international slots.

Awww, she's happy!

Ted and Mark say they'll remember her from this. They should have seen her "Ghostbusters" programme from 2022-23!

She goes into 6th position.

I am a bit late this morning....

Ksenia : I am so proud of her for landing a triple loop. I think that's the first she lands in competition. I was part of the party who wanted her to get to the circuit but at the same time, because the loop is the mandatory jump, we were not 100% sure it was a good idea.

Now, I feel that it was a good move despite the mistakes.
