And I mean it wasn’t a disaster…they are at least top 6 their first competition in however many years. It was a choice to not do any Challengers…I’ve no idea why they didn’t…but I am not them.it's a very weird choice indeed... but then, they have their own reasons for coming back and for selecting their music. Now that I have seen them, how emotional they have been and their reaction in the KNC, I believe it was a personal endeavour, proving themselves that Maia's illness didn't stop them in the end. Being there, competing at this level, is a huge victory. Of course, I am probably reading too much into things... but that 's what I felt when I saw them at the end.
5th at best. In addition to the obvious top 4, W/T also beat them here.I think they will be 5th at Us Nationals. So ... they are indeed not going to Milano.
yes but I think they can beat WT not so much the top 45th at best. In addition to the obvious top 4, W/T also beat them here.
In the end, Chen left IIRC six partners of various lengths of time in his wake. It was the penultimate partnership (what transpired during it) that stalled his career.Wolfkostin always looked so stressed skating with Chen. I guess the issues he had with his subsequent partner explain why.
US Nationals are 2 months away. They could improve.5th at best. In addition to the obvious top 4, W/T also beat them here.
I’d say ended, not stalled. In the end, Chen left IIRC six partners of various lengths of time in his wake. It was the penultimate partnership (what transpired during it) that stalled his career.
