Am loving Paolo's confidence and relaxed demeanor as he skates right up to the judges. His jumps are not working today but he has nice posture and flow.

The skate by Gumennik would give Ilia Malinin a run for his money, and I didn't think anyone could do that. Just WOW!

LOL! Petr has got skills, but so do not only Ilia, but also Yuma, Mikhail, Adam, Kevin, Shun, Britschgi, Jun-Hwan, Memola, Grassl, et al.... Of course, it's not impossible for Petr to make a run for the Olympic podium. But he's definitely got more than just Ilia to overcome. Let's enjoy watching it all play out, and hold our horses.

With a 93.80 at 2025 Worlds, Petr would have placed 4th in the sp. But it's not a given that he would have been scored 93.80 in a 2025 Worlds sp.

Paolo's jumps had a mind of their own today (stepouts on stepouts, poor guy), but that was a really enjoyable program and it's nice to see a skater choose something in a style they obviously connect with. Good stuff.
