Julija LOVRENCIC SLO is skating her SP doing a full run through mostly . What an athlete tennis and skiing in addition to skating. Her program is very effective in her basic black practicewear.

Anastasia GOZHVA UKR is skating her SP which is a catchy program. She looks very stylish doing it.

Alexandra FEIGIN BUL skates her FS to the Beatles medley. I did not know she was born in Jerusalem. She also marks her jumps with less rotations. This program will be well received here - her footwork is very nice. Like her sitspin with the tuck behind foot and inside edge.

Madeline SCHIZAS CAN skates her new freeskate marking her early jumps. She lands a lovely 3Loop. This is a very pretty program and shows her off nicely. I would've liked to see the footwork, but the spins look nice.

Mone CHIBA JPN skates her FS. A girl after my heart who does embroidery. She starts with a clean combo. She pops a few jumps again not skating full out. Her layover camel is nice. She lands two jump combos and is checking out her energy at this point. I see no real problems here.

Wakaba HIGUCHI JPN skates her FS as well. Looking very serious, she does a full run through only doubling the loop. She is noticeably faster than Mone today. She is very ready. She is creating a mood and even with giving us a toned-down performance - more than anyone else. You can feel her presence.

Kaori a couple of jump issues but overall fine. So love what she does on the ice. Program seems less frenetc.

Kaori SAKAMOTO JPN skating her free program. Yes she is still blonde. Like Wakaba she is giving us a full run through at 3/4 speed and with all the jumps. One pop of a 3F. Her speed picks up noticeably as she then steps out of a 3Lz. Overall she looks good.

Very impressed by how Wakaba and Kaori use their time to the max at practice. Experience shows.

Lorine SCHILD FRA skates her FS marking her early jumps looking healthy and moving well. It is hard to go first without really warming up your jumps.

Anastasiia GUBANOVA GEO skating SP. I do not see her on the ice. This music is a very heavy version of Money, Money, Money and it is even more so without the skater.

Sofia SAMODELKINA KAZ skating her FS and giving us a full run through of most of the early and difficult jumps. She does not get a lot of height on the jumps but they are easily rotated and clean. She has lovely power in her spins and should highlight them more.

Chaeyeon KIM KOR skating her FS running through almost all her jumps and spins. Looking like the medalist she is. Another skater who uses her practice time well. One fall on a late 3Lz, but nothing to be concerned about. She too is very ready.

Haein LEE KOR skating her FS. She makes dolls and puppets as a hobby. She is walking through her jumps mostly and popping a few of them. She looks ready landing a lovely late 3Lz. Now she seems to have gotten warmed up and is giving us the later part of the program with good energy. She has really good speed better than many others.
