Andreas NORDEBACK SWE skates his FS. His hobbies are stocks and daytrading. I feel the rink announcer is rushing these men to their starts. very nice skate for Andreas - the somewhat voidy music and slow and fast parts suit his style of skating and make him more interesting.

Dunno, many skaters are lawyers, so why not daytrading? Isn't it a little bit like jumping quads?

LOL I have been going on about the evening practice for ladies group 1 and I realize it´s at 2 pm local time, it will be in the evening for me

Well, good news - it means I´m still awake and will be able to read practice report and maybe someone is even kind enough to show videoes from the MR.

There is an account on IG that is named theskatingsession that is posting practice clips from the MR (I really hope this isn´t Dave Lease with a new account??). In that case I don´t want to encourage the account...

Semen DANILIANTS ARM skating his FS marks his jumps as the first skater. His hobbies include shooting and Korean comics. He is speedy and has a nice gliding maneuver. For me he will always be remembered for the Mask not for Sinnerman.

Jari KESSLER CRO is skating his FS. He is a charismatic performer whose skating I really enjoy. I am just going to enjoy his skating - no idea if he will get the Q for the free.

Nikita STAROSTIN GER skates his FS to some opera to open. Another charismatic skater. This guy has a future as a choreographer.

Adam SIAO HIM FA FRA skates his FS and also marks his jumps. He skated very well at the recent Sonja Henie Trophy and those skates are in that thread. Not a full run through for Adam.

Jumps he did do were shaky, and there was a very animated conversation with Benoit at the boards thereafter

Junhwan CHA KOR skates his FS and attempts a quad with step-out. He takes time to regroup and pops the next jump. back on track with the 3A. Skating smooth as silk, but the jumps feel a bit nervy to me.

Hyungyeom KIM KOR skates his FS and gamely attempts his quad toe but ends in a fall and a pop of the 3F. This is going to be a great learning experience for this young fellow who is really talented. Music I haven't heard since Elvis Stojko skated to it.

Too bad - his music sounds really fun and funky...

USFS is debuting more of its notorious “fun” promo videos during the breaks. The most cringey asks Jason Brown to pronounce Massachusetts place names which are pretty obvious if you are reasonably familiar with Native American and British sources; unfortunately, poor Jason is not.
There is also one with Chock & Bates about costumes and—gee!—did you know she contributes to their costume design? Did you know they were married?
