Interestingly, both Peter and Lucy Hancock are from Rotherham, a town in Yorkshire, but have never partnered each other (AFAIK), and are now both representing Canada.

Skate Canada needs to do a bit better. We all love Nam as a crowd entertainer ... but they need to bring in someone who can address the crowd in French when they are in Québec..even in Gatineau. Sure, most people in Quebec can speak English... it's not the point... It's about courtesy and respect. Especially considering the number of kids from skating clubs attending these events who may not yet speak English. Anyway, just a thought. Do better Skate Canada. Inclusivity and diversity is not just gender identity but also cultural identity.
