Congrats to all medalists, athletes predictors, and organizers. I'm surprised about my gold in men

, less surprised about my silver in pairs, which I share with
@crystalspin.

Pairs was not difficult. Had Hase/Volodin been in better form, I would have been 100% accurate for pairs predictions.
Men's predictions is a different story altogether. I had Daniel Grassl winning, and he wierdly landed in 13th. I was accurate about the other four who made the podium, two in the exact placements (Britschgi and Sasha Selevko), and two just one placement off each (Matteo & Egadze). So, not bad compared with what my predictions might have looked like had the Selevko brothers performed to their abilities in the fp (which would have been glorious to see for them, but it didn't happen

). I never saw Reshtenko coming for the podium. But it's quite lovely to see him there for the first time.

Correction: I did not have Matteo in my predictions. I had thought about him, but I ended up with Kevin A for third and Grassl for the win. Neither were anywhere near the top five results. So I'm surprised about winning gold in men's event. I did get #s four and five positions exactly correct, and I had Egadze in second, so that got me additional points. I think Grassl and Kevin messed up a lot of predictions. I bet no one had Reshtenko in the top five, much less in third. TBH, Kuperman would have seemed more likely.
