Oh no. I wish it was the lady commentator who does Warsaw Cup. I really like her.

Nobody can beat the worst of the worst Oly coverage clown, Greg Gumbel, the famous Bryant Gumblel's brother.....he wondered out loud over the air about nude pairs/ice dancing.....he has now passed away. When I heard that comment live, I fell out of my chair....Maybe they now use a 5 second delay....

I dont know anything about figure skating but I would think team member selection would be critical to success. So once a team is selected, is there any room for change? ie once you see who the other teams are putting up in which spots, can you then change your team? If so, that would explain why the team memeber releases would only be done at the last minute. Unencombered by the thought process, I would think that if team members could not be changed, there is no reason to not allow the chosing/release earlier....

My national broadcaster has the tiles for all events up and also has the most ignorant commentator hired. This commentator does FS since I was in middle school and still knows nothig. If I'm grumpy during competitions, it's because of him.

Maybe he should stick to acting. He was quite good as Gilbert Blythe in Anne of Green Gables at the Wybrzeże Theatre. I've never heard him comment on figure skating, so I'm already worried, because TVP will probably be my only option. Although maybe the nice Chinese guy will stream it...

Subscribe to Discovery+ and the problem is solved!

Mind you, in 2018 Eurosport cable tv had FIVE channels devoted to the Olympics, also with the option to mute commentary. Don't know if they are doing the same this time, but if so, that would avoid paying a subscription to Discovery+. But I used it for the previous events this season, in case of less-than-good commentary (I will mention no names right now). For EUR 5 per month during the skating season, it's worth it!

I've been trying out what I assume will be the address for the past couple of days, and there's nothing yet.

Mind you, there's something goes through my head that the ISU Entries / Results page doesn't actually go up until after the Olympics is over. That you have to use the IOC website during the event, possibly because they have a different timing partner compared to the ISU.

And just after I type all that, I check again and it is up now! (Must have gone up in the last 10 minutes or so).

I'm not sure but I think olympic channel on YT isn't restricted in PL and I hear Belinda Noonan will be commenting or I may switch to sportschau with my VPN. He was commenting when Siudeks were competing, he never knew the jumps in real time, besides he tends to yap, I guess because they are expected to yap while commenting football and track and field - though I haven't hear him for long time, maybe someone told him to shut up during programs.

yeah the TP is okay, well it was at GPF (it's the same)
but the judges... I have a couple on my naughty list and... I am not sure I want my blood pressure to get elevated at 4am

The other FS events are on at later times… why couldn’t there be consistency?! It much more exciting to watch the events in real time but I already know that 03:55 is not doable.
