We "eat the Olympics" - in other words, cook as many dishes from as many participating nations as we can over the event.

We haven't done pierogis this time, but we've done Russian pirozhkis as a nod to the huge number of Russians here under various flags.

But today is Fischbrötchen for the Germans.
