I don't know if it's the camera work or the rink or they were just off but the 89.98'ers looked slow to me. Maybe lack of energy in that performance or they were tight but besides G's twizzle bobble, just not as good as Euros. Loved the Koreans, as always.
2nd warm up group is on. Woohoo.

I thought they were slower and careful but figured it was just me. Laurence really sold that, GUI was more subdued.

I still feel bitter about Wang/Liu beating so many teams at Beijing qualifier and then loosing to them at every other events.

I think he always relies on his partner to sell the performance. He's just a great skater. But, I agree, while there a few small technical issues in that performance that's the most performance energy I've seen from Laurence this year.
