Junior practices yesterday were free and open to the public. There have not been any senior practices per the schedule.

It really stinks that senior practices overlap junior competitions and are in a different building.

Interesting, on USFS Instagram, it looks like they've added a commentary practice of pairs Thursday morning probably with Tarah Kayne.

Checking into women's practice - Alyssa has a new hair highlights..
when I try to screenshot - I just get a black screen (stupid Peacock)
She has given herself a gold halo made of highlights is my best description
She also has leopard printed tights.

Alyssa carries herself with the confidence of Katarina Witt -I haven't really seen anyone else skate with that kind of diva-ness in a long time. She demands you watch her.

Some great 3A and triple-triple combos, no quads attempted today.
Both Jackie Wong & Jean-Luc Baker don't think Jimmy gets enough marks for his components. Glad to have my feelings validated.

Both are very excited about his free skate
