I think we need to put Ilia's voiceover "You are something, but not nothing - remember this and good luck skaters!" on the Jumbotron at Nationals warm-ups for all to absorb for their mental health. I do not want to have any skaters have a breakdown over the results of this event.

I was surprised to see Jason's coaches listed as Brian Orser and Kori Ade. Didn't see Tracy. I guess I have some catching up to do!

They are his former coaches. Tracy is his current coach. Someone (not you!) read the ISU bio too fast.

Naomi & Lachlan are skating to John MIles - she gives me Kristi Yamaguchi vibes with her energy. He is also quite expressive for a pair guy. Her throw was good this morning.
