Jennifer Janse van Rensburg (née Urban, born 9 May 1993) and Benjamin Steffan (born 12 January 1996) are ice dancers representing Germany.

They teamed up in the 2016-17 season and are five-time German national champions (2021-2026), and five-time ISU Challenger Series medalists, three-time Bavarian Open champions, the 2022 Egna Dance Trophy, the 2020 Santa Claus Cup champions, the 2021 Egna Dance Trophy silver medalists, the 2019 Bavarian Open silver medalists and the 2020 German nationals silver medalists. The team represented Germany at the 2026 Olympics.

Jennifer previously skated with Sevan Lerche, with whom she was the 2015 German national silver medalist. Benjamin previously skated with Sandrine Hofstetter (with whom he won the bronze medal in juniors at 2016 German nationals), Leah Steffan and Camilla Barht.

They are coached by Rostislav Sinicyn, Natalia Karamysheva and Martin Skotnický.
