It's not you just change the flag and otherwise nothing will change. First (and last), the money would be the problem. Armenia is not very wealthy country and they would not pay much for Adeliia, her training would be probably significantly reduced. Galustyan, when she was still competitive, trained just on public rinks with no significant finantial support.
