Adelina has always been a great performer, with superb skating skills.
But the Ice Age videos showed she probably gained a lot of weight, which will affect her jumps if she competes at Russian nationals. The makeup made her look like 40 years old, and in the show where she wore a pajama, even her face appears to be swelling, or injected with Botox. Don't get me wrong. I love Adelina. Haven't seen her at recent competitions, I feel she changed a lot in appearance based on the Ice Age shows.

Not surprising to me either. hwell: I was hoping to see her the SP to its full glory...but oh well

I'll be honest- I hope she says something about her competititve status. I know she loves skating but I think this is the prime time for her to talk about her comeback plans before the everyone starts to go nuts about the SK Olympics. I also really wished that she said she's taking this season off instead.
