It's a little Kelly-centric but she never had a bad performance. I still think that Big Band night in season 1 was the best theme yet.

Great topic!

1. <strong>Tamyra </strong>- "A House is Not a Home" I have this on tape and it still makes the hairs on my arm stand up. They should have just given her the title based on this song alone

2. <strong>Kelly</strong> - "Stuff Like That There" This was the first time I seriously thought she might win, and one of only 2 times I thought she sang better than Tamyra. This song was brilliant!

3. <strong>Trenyce</strong> - "Let's Stay Together" I wish she could sing like this every time

4. <strong>Clay</strong> - "Don't Let the Sun Go Down On Me" Took a shmaltzy song and gave it new life. I lurve Clay!!

5. <strong>Kimberley Locke</strong> - "NY State of Mind" Keep it coming, girl!

6. <strong>Rickey</strong> - "Endless Love" It's embarrassing that he was booted after this performance

7. <strong>Christina Christian</strong> - "At Last" In the Top 10, her vibrato caused problems, but this was a gorgeous performance of a great song

8. <strong>Kelly</strong> - "I Surrender" I hate Celine Dion

9. <strong>Kim Caldwell</strong> - "Superstition" She should have been great in the Top 12 - what happened?

10. <strong>George Stice</strong> - "Unchained Melody" He didn't even make it to the Top 12, but he should have.

It may seem odd that Ruben isn't even in my top 10 pics, but as I was sitting here, I realized that I couldn't really remember what songs he has sung (other than "Sweet Home Alabama", which does <em>not</em> go in my top 10). He's a great singer, but I have yet to see/hear a single performance that really sticks in my mind.

Further distant #3. Kelly's "Stuff like that there"....I wish they'd do a big band show THIS year...

I wanted to try to stick with only one performance per singer...but hey, Kelly won last time, for good reason...and Tamyra SHOULD have been in second place in MY mind! I'm sure that Clay, or maybe Kim L. will have another great moment before this season is over (already, I could have put Kim L.'s "Over the rainbow" in here).
