Adding more quads won't change the opinion of the Fed. This was exactly what people said before he had a quad, "if Sasha adds a quad, Rus Fed will support him".

I don't think so. If he proves he's competitive and consistent in seniors, the Fed will support him.. Russia needs good men, as this discipline is one of the weakest in Russia right now.

I'm convinced of this. I have no worries long-term for Sasha at all - only short-term ones. But I'm sure he'll come through the difficulties he has to weather, and shine forth all the brighter!

Since she interviewed him at Finlandia she has been very sympathetic to him openly. I listened to her commentary during Rus Nat's and that's what I thought.

Anyway he was robbed. Plain and simple. Obvious to many. Some of whom aren't even his fans. Pure manipulation of PCS not based on what took place on the ice.

Well, this is the Sasha part:

It's notable, I think, since I cannot recall her giving any opinion at all as to scoring or placements in these articles before. So, it's not so much what is there, but that it is there at all.

Passed Dai, Danny Samohin, Samarin, Aliev, the Parsons brother and Konstantinova in the hallway today. Danny is very handsome in person. All the guys seem shorter than their reported height.

Sasha will probably watch the pairs FS later.
