Happy birthday, Sasha! Continue to improve and grow stronger - and may you regain your consistency. And health & happiness in all things.
Thanks for the info! I have been wondering about him, and why I seem not to have seen his name anywhere, and worried if he was injured again.
Wishing him the best of luck & success! Go Sasha!
First day and Alexander is 7th.
Here you have a you tube link to Sasha’s SP: https://youtu.be/AMM3fvymyDk
What a pity with his jumps, steps outs and hand then an unfortunate fall. I’m not convinced at all about this choreography. The first half is poor in my opinion he is slow with spin then the second half looks much better and I think he feels more comfortable here but still something fails. I see him listless, discouraged so far from his best (this is just my point of view) Sorry I would like to express better what I want to say but my English is poor and I don’t have time enough to write longer and I’m not an expert in figure skating in spite is one of my favorite sports.
Something wrong happens to him but the lack of news makes difficult to argue what is happening. Come one Sasha!!! Fight and get over those difficulties, good luck tomorrow.
Ohhh! I love this blue new suit, he looks really nice, much better than the red one.
Quad - same issues as before. Too slow entering the jump and not enough height. Chronically UR.I don't mind old-fashioned that much - but this is the wrong kind of old fashion. The commentators called his Oblivion "old-fashioned" as well, but I loved that. This program is just... not good.
@adelia - What is your opinion on his jumps? What's the matter with them?
I know, I know that most people are paying attention to Rostelecom Cup right now but I just wanted to share this with you:
Last Sasha's results at 4th stage of the Cup of Russia - Rostelecom 2019-2020, Kazan
Sorry, I haven't found videos or pictures.
Better than previous one. I guess next time we could see him would be at Russian Nationals.
