I hope Artur can keep improving and make the national team next season, but I am not so sure about his prospects at the thought of those up and coming skaters.

BTW, adelia, what do you mean by "The way this event has been billed was already disrespectful enough and if he gets a jazz or comedic program..." ? :scratch2:
Artur has been working with Tataurov. But that's more appropriately discussed in the Mishin thread.
As for the second line, it's just my frustration.

Other than that, I have nothing else to say about these two issues, sorry.

I saw the schedule for the seminar. For 6-7 May it begins in the morning at 7+am and ends at 5+pm. There are on-ice sessions (different groups) almost every hour. On 8 May it ends at 12+pm. So I don't think they'll be getting any choreography done from 6-8 May. There just isn't any time. Probably from Monday onward they'll work on choreo. Or at the earliest, the afternoon of the 8th. And yes, Sandhu and his own students will be attending the seminar. Whether he'll be doing any choreo though, it's hard to say.

They are staying with different families (those involved in skating, some of them attending the seminar), so they're not living in the same place.

I was searching for some info on the seminar online - I was hoping to find something to post in the Team Mishin thread - and came across this:

http://www.skating-wos.on.ca/coaches/16coachseminar.pdf

Is this old information - has it been changed? Otherwise it seems as if there's something on Monday as well.

This was cancelled.

Sun is a coaches only session which is why it finishes earlier.

Btw, the World Standings have been updated. Sasha is at 14.
He really needs to do a CS event this year and try as far as possible not to waste time and energy at competitions with no points up for grabs. This season he did 3 competitions with no ISU points up for grabs. Very unnecessary.

The national team composition will be decided on 19 May. I'm not sure whether it means they will release the list on the 19th but it won't be long after that.
