It seems that today is the final day of the training camp in Canada. The Tartu camp begins on the 16th so I wonder if they will fly there from Canada or return to SPB first.

From Liza's IG post, it sounds like they're flying back to SPB.

They're stuck in CDG airport, flight delay. It's been more than 5 hours.

The Russian national team list has been released. Sasha is on it, as expected. This is however, the combined list of the main senior team and senior reserve team. A more detailed breakdown will be released later.

The camp ends at the end of the month so if they were going at all, they should be there by now.

Before. The camp was pushed back to the 18th. Some of the younger skaters left via bus to Estonia on the 18th.

It was not meant to be cryptic. Simply put, Sasha has indicated where he currently is, not long after we had that conversation about his whereabouts. His latest post is geo-tagged Tartu, Estonia. So maybe he has "read" our minds. Just a joke.

I'm just so terribly, terribly disappointed by this. He really "got" Sasha, it's such a great thing when a choreographer and skater really "click", and I so wanted them to continue to build on that work and develop it... I just.... Sigh.
