We’re not supposed to post detailed results until the event is over. You can buy a season pass and post about live events in the competition threads.

You can say nice things like great job but not details and scores. Hope that makes sense.

The name is Eva Iakovleva, so she probably is of russian descent. Although most Russians left Kyrgyzstan since the disintegration of the Soviet Union (when nearly 30 % of population was russian), significant russian minority still lives there.

I'd like to see a clarification for some strange Board decisions.

Trusova SP was marked +2 vs the best boy SP and that's even without 3A (not allowed even if available).
TES is +4 but PCS are so low compared to best boys...
Why?

Do the Elders hold her to keep boys with some interest to continue?

The panel's points for each Program Component are multiplied by a factor depending on the event. For singles and pair skating, the factor is uniform for all components, as follows:

Short program (factor) / Free skating (factor)
Men - 1.0 / 2.0
Ladies - 0.8 / 1.6
Pairs - 0.8 / 1.6
