Component factoring are needed for score the components a bit more in line with the TES.
As the men's TES is normally higher than the ladies's TES, they also need an higher score potential of PCS, for balancing the results.

I mean when her group prepaires for SP she usually does a couple of quads to make the crowd happy. And to be fit and ready.

Good time to ratify. It will be much more difficult in Canada.
