3A in SP is possible even this season in RusNat (where she can compete as senior skater). Quads are not permitted in SP for senior ladies as well - as far as I know.

This season she can land 4 quads and get 100++++ technical score. So, everything depends on top men, how many points they can get

That's a very strange rule. 3A is hard enough on its own, let alone a 3A combination.

That would only favor Rika Kihira who can jump 3A-3T.
