The Scarlet Flower show from yesterday:

At the 1:00.28 mark Artur Gachinski has a terrible fall. He is skating backwards with speed and it comes out of nowhere. Alina has to 'break character' to try to slow him down as he is crashing in to the barrier, They didn't do the next lift but he seemed fine skating the rest of the show.

Thank you Free Skater! I smiled so big watching that. The Hearts with Arms that Team Zagitova thought of ages ago have taken on a life of their own. It's fun to see everyone enjoying them so much. You can see how much Alina loves and appreciates her fans.

Also saw that another skater replaced Artur Gachinski. I hope he is okay after his fall. The new guy looked liked he was having fun.

Alina already in Nizhniy Novgorod, for the final performance of the NY show marathon (SB will be performed at the closing ceremony of NY festival in Nizhniy)

I seriously hope they've made adjustments to the script, and Alina won't have to lie sleeping in the open rink during that scene - it's -10°C in NN
