The reason is that on March 11, Meta Platforms Inc. made a decision by allowing the posting of information containing calls for violence against Russian citizens on its social networks Facebook and Instagram.

That is unbelievable craziness people who are doing that should have their IP checked and then face criminal charges. Sad.

It was built in 1961, and served as a congress hall for the USSR deputies and a theatre/concert hall; all 3 halls have been renovated. It's home of the Kremlin Ballet Theatre (3rd best after Bolshoy & Mariinsky).
