Honestly I don't think that overtraining is to blame for all this. She jumped fantastically during gala in China. That 3lz with terribly difficult entry. It seems she just cannot handle the senior level pressure at this moment.

I like zagitova but i think the problem is:
_ A demanding program ... she looks like she is running to try finish her program ... jump after jum
_ Overdemanding trainning to perfection
_ Her axel looks danger but i think is because the entry
_ The pression to become medvedeva 2.0 not other russian girls that falls....
_ Tough love from her coach ... she looks like a child wants mammy's aproval .... medvedeva when she has a fall she looks angry with herself ... zagitova looks really sad

her coach should be preparing her to 2022 Olympics ...not rush her to 2018 olympics
But she is a fighter ... she will fight until the end

Her jumps are not as confident as for example Mai's today. But I believe that she will overcome her weakness during FS. She nailed the program and hope she will shine on ice as usually. Go, Alinka. Davai, devushka! Show your strenght.

I think it is also worth noting that Alina's score is the 3rd best ever. Even though Zhenia has scored five times above 150 points she has scored above 151 points only twice.

wow Alina! I used to like Medvedeva the most, but that free program of Zagitova is just the best thing ever in figure skating to me. I am really thrilled for her, love her!
