Yes, she was annoying, not because of her accent or "texture" of voice but just because her English are not clear. If you are not familiar with figure skating and you are some random viewer probably you will say what is she talking now? She is the same announcer that was last year in Europeans and she was bad back then too.

I laughed so much at Alina's slight "eye roll" at herself on the end of Survivor

I kept laughing and laughing, I bet it's because of the hair band, the coat and the second jump. As she was tying her hair I kept counting down to the music cue "mission impossible style", and then she missed the zipper.

Ok, there's only three weeks. I will just eagerly count down the days. Next month is Christmas for us, we will see Alina twice - at the finals and at Nationals

I noticed that too. I thought either the hair would be flying around "un-ponytailed" during the jumps, or the jacket would still be on.
Maybe both.

For someone like Alina who suffers from "collar problems" - this part of the program is actually the most difficult for her!
