What's with all the stealing talk? Danil was wrong on all fronts for using some of JoJo's choreography and not giving her credit for it until she called him out on it. But it's not stealing because you can't steal something if someone doesn't own.

All they have to do is give JoJo's little bit of choreography in this exhibition number and give her credit for it publicly by saying choreography by Danil and Jojo. No point worrying about a goddamn exhibition piece. If anything they should just go back to last year's exhibition because it was so sensational. But giving JoJo credit publicly for part of the choreography in the bad guy exhibition would calm everything down.

Some people got pissed at me yesterday in the edge because I criticize Jojo when she could have done things on the down-low to have him give her credit publicly for some choreo in Alinas exhibition. All she had to do was contact him privately and then if he did not respond with giving her credit publicly then she should go to Instagram she didn't have to do it to start off with. But this happens in America it's like a reality television thing to do. I hope it all doesn't affect Alina in any way because the season is still three or four months away. That's plenty of time to get this right.

Google chrome auto translate let’s me read FSO, VK and Alina related news online. It’s incredibly helpful.

I agree with you that Alina has a lot of support. Maybe not from all of the media but reading the comments from people. I usually don’t recommend that but for now it seems that she is in favor.

I know that can change, but I will enjoy the positive attitude toward her wherever I can find it.

I just don’t usually read the Comments on Team Zagitovas IG.
 
Thank you to zenskate for the video of the commentary for Alina when she was competing in the Olympics. It was wonderful to see.
 
Ikr it bothers me that people say that she gets hate and that is not loved ...she is the skater that has more fans,more money,more sponsors,more people supporting her and the most lucky too to get senior in olympic cicle so now at 17 she has all the titles and even if her body suffers more changes it doesnt matter ...she is going to skate just for fun and we will see her so i cant understand why people take 1 comment out of 1000 and makes of it a big deal

The fact that the person is successful doesn't mean that the person does not receive hate, on contrary, the more successful the person is, the more hate the person is tend to receive.
There's a whole lot of people ranging from Tarasova and her friends, as well as 'bloggers' like Rodina, who have said and wrote so many horrible things about 16 y o, it blows my mind those adults have nothing better to do with their lives aside from that.

A lot of the flak Alina is getting from these people is sort of "collateral damage" from attacks on Eteri. They just don't care if it's a 17 year old or even a younger skater :(

Yes to EVERYTHING, only reason Jojo “calmed” down because she can’t do anything legally, that is her own words (in reply to a person on insta she said her post was only way to get credited for her work since it wasn’t copyrighted) she asked for a credit - D gave her a credit, if she asks him to remove 10secs of her dance he will do it, the end. I’m glad Alina has smart fans who went to Jojo stating that what she and her fans were doing is bullying of a teen, famous and loved by many, nice underage girl, and it’s unacceptable in USA...
 
But Rodina is a comedian a she has say many good things about Alina she wished her to win WC and she has done interviews with radionova,averbuck....lol dimitri aliev had many hate in his IG after saying that she liked EM and now Stepanova too is getting in hot water too for her comments ....many people dont realize that Alina has an army of fans ready to slash anybody that mentions Alina.Alina is very loved by many people why focus in 4 or 5 people that dont like her ...

I hope they all can move on and JoJo gets the credit she deserves and Alina keeps the exhibition. This way it will not be a big deal.

No one says Alina doesn't have fans, it doesn't simply make people, who do horrible things towards her, disappear. It's a little ridiculous to assume that's just 4-5 people, those are 4-5 people that are famous.

Rodina is a person with a following, who wanted to slash Alina's face, used racial slurs against Alina (because she is tatar and not russian), said things I am not allowed to say on this forum, because they are very horrible swear words. And that's nowhere near the full list of things she said about Alina.
Whatever she says or does now does not matter to me, she completely lost her face and discredited herself to me back then, and whether someone goes to interviews with her doesn't matter to me, it's on them.

The insinuations you are making here are not completely clear to me, and do not seem positive.
Alina has been doing a lot of nice and positive things before her fame, and even after getting famous, it was never a 'publicity stunt', she does it out of her good heart.
She asked her fans to not give her any presents and do something for charity for kids instead, she's been always donating her presents to kids and it's been like that for a long time, certainly this isn't done, because she wanted a better media image because of the scandal.
 
Again, moving away from all the negativity - I have an extremely serious question re FS, Alina and the rest of the girls.

and my question is this (taking into account that Alina and Alyona too have very long hair) - what is the correlation between the length of their hair and their skill/prowess in FS?!?

there's 100% a correlation, notice how Alina has been growing her hair =)
I assume it helps with getting an additional rotation :laugh:
