I saw some photos from Milan and she looks tired. Hopefully, it all goes well at the Worlds and she manages to take a great rest afterwards. She deserves it after this stunning season.

She is tired. I hope a couple days to get prepared for the short program can help her. But being so young she probably shouldn't be there right after winning Olympic gold. If she wins this gold it will be four straight for Russian ladies in the world championships so it does carry some importance. If Zhenya was fit then it would be almost a certainty that Russia would win their fourth in a row but she's not there and the pressure is on Tiny and tired Alina with a big heart.

If she wins the WC I think someone else has already posted that she will be the first win it all in her senior debut season.

Thanks for that info. Yuna did not win worlds in 2010 after olympics. Lets hope Alina can pull it off. No matter what she has had one of the best seaons ever best debut very posible. . Bravo Alina. I hope she gets to rest soon.

Me too. Even if she's not at her best she can still win. I hope this great 15 year old girl has the energy to get it done.

Thanks! That was awesome. Alina's SP looked good. If she skates like that today her SP will get good results.

Only four jumps
She is slacking!
But those 4 jumps in a row means Alina is feeling her oats and has energy. Maybe she is saving the 5 jumps in a row for her LP practice. Similar threads
