Alina really does dress very 'age appropriately'. The black dress that she wore to the inauguration belonged to Diana Davis (Eteri's daughter). She either gave it to Alina or loaned it to her for the occasion.

Honestly, Alina is so strikingly pretty that keeping it simple is the right idea. She doesn't need to 'gild the lily'.

Although I kind of hope she got to keep the dress she wore for the cover of the Japanese magazine. That was gorgeous!

The dress that Dianna is wearing seems to me to be identical to the dress Alina wore to the inauguration. It's entirely possible they each have their own version of that dress. It was an assumption on my part that Alina borrowed it from her, or Diana might have given it to her.

The dress on the right is very similar in style to the dress that Alina wore to World's banquet in Milan and I agree must be from the same designer.

All three are gorgeous dresses!

Btw, I think Alina should wear dresses with a really high waist and that not emphasize her chest, she doesn't have very much hips and she looks a bit unproportioned in the two pink dresses...

Diana's picture is earlier, from jan 2016 and the GPFinal thing was early December 2017, so maybe Alina is borrowing dresses from her.

With the low mileage one usually gets out of a party dress (specially if you are in press pictures and being noticed) that would be a smart move.

There are more difficult elements in it, for ex., the step sequence, it’s really fast and I have to match all the musical accents. So the short program is more complicated. We were training in Novogorsk, at a sports centre where all Russian athletes train. We have been there for 45 days, if I’m not mistaken, then we returned to our skating rink Chrustalny.
- Your Dad is a hockey coach, I think he keeps following your career, does he give you any advice?
- Of course, he helps me because he’s been in the sports for much more time than me. He has much more experience and naturally he shares it with me. This is very helpful.
- This summer you went home, you visited your home rink. How did they meet you there?
- Very warmly. Children were running there and when I came they ran to me yelling: Oh, Alina, Alina and they wanted to hug me. It was during the training, so I said: Hello everyone! Now lets’ train! - (laughs) 2 days before the test skates I was watching her in her cage. Usually she runs around it trying to get out of it. But then she just lay there and was looking at me. So I opened the cage and she moved a little bit and I saw a small fluffy animal there. I was in shock that it happened. It turned out we took her already pregnant, so it was a shock and a big joy for me.
- So now you have chinchilla’s kindergarten there.

Since EdRoz brought it up and Lesnar001 brilliantly commented it....I bet Zefirsca "gift that keeps on giving" surprise got Alina's Grandma a few extra white hairs. I hope she had another female chinchilla otherwise things are going to get hairy fast. What Alina said was so cute though, and I love how excited she got with this.
