Awwwwww this is the happiest day!!! Changed my avatar to celebrate the Royal Couple, Alina & Masaru.

Thanks to all of you, and Alina Zagitova Media for Fans on YouTube, I was able to enjoy all the wonderful moments of this ceremony.

I'm super glad that the Prefecture and the Akita Inu Society got their day in the sun and were very celebrated. I was super impressed with the Prime Minister and his wife, they allowed Masaru to lick them to her hearts content, kneeled down to play with her and all that.

When Alina walked in, all by herself, I was super impressed (as I always am) with the way she handles herself in the middle of all these important and much older adults. She is very self assured, kind and respectful. I admire her family too for letting her be there and have her moment in the spotlight and not bursting into it. All the minutes Alina was at that meeting she kept smiling, sticking to protocol (saying thank you and bowing) and looking lovingly at Masaru. You could just tell how happy she was.

A side note: Alina is getting more beautiful by the second, today she looked like Megan Fox 20 years ago.

I'm impressed with Masaru, such a chill dog, even after a plane trip she was alert and playful. Perfect dog for Alina, who gets off a 9h plane trip like she just walked out of her bedroom, since they are probably going to be travel buddies it's nice to see that both of them take to it so well.

That is such a lovely picture!!! Her parents are super special people, never take advantage of their daughter's fame and are always (discreetly) by her side, giving her support and looking out for her happiness (and best interests). She has a wonderful family.

I'm glad they all went to Sambo with the dog to show Masaru around to the people there, she'll be a daily visitor later on so it is great for them to meet her.

She got a new haircut last days when she was at home in Izhevsk :luv17:

Masaru became the second dog of this breed, donated by Japan to Russia. Earlier Akita prefecture gave Akita Inu to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Pup was named -Yume, which in Japanese means "dream".
