Alina Zagitova

That’s something I really admire about the Japanese skaters, they are super kind and inclusive to all foreigners skating at Ice show’s in their country.

We have countless photos of Alina in Rika’s instagram, also in Marin’s and Mai’s, pictures with Kaori, and other skaters too (Oda comes to mind).

They have by far the biggest international market for Figure Skating entertainment events, shows are packed there, so I admire how the local talent has fun and embraces all foreigners invited to perform, they know how to be gracious hosts.

Very true.

I wonder what the top Japanese lady skaters think of a foreigner in Alina being so loved in their own country. Hmmm. I hope Alina is ready for their best at worlds.

Japanese love figure skating for the figure skating... they don't treat it nationalistically, it seems.

it's about toys on ice from fans - Alina was first of their students who was gifted with huge number of toys (this part of video about Anna is related with the pic https://www.instagram.com/p/Btc2d5THlh3/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=tvibeq4ejyxy)

Daniel said that the fashion of donating big teddy bears began with Alina.

At the Finnish Grand Prix, they thought about how to transport a giant teddy bear. The cleaning lady presented them with two huge packages in which they shoved bear and, in this form, put in the luggage at the airport.

And in response to the question of the correspondent “Do coaches get something from what fans throw on the ice?”, Daniel said that sometimes Eteri Georgievna can take a toy to give to relatives, and (my best part :)) that coaches are trying to “absorb chocolate” so that athletes would get less. I presented crazy picture as Eteri, Daniil, Sergey pounce on presents and begin to hastily tear down the chocolate wrapper and "yum-YUM-YUMMMM!!!!" - greedily eat it biting off large pieces

When you need to justify why do you steal the chocolade from a teen and eat it yourself

Very cute :luv17: The caption is "My girls"
