“For me at this show, the main thing is to show the image, not the technique, I will still refine it. It was a lot of new stuff to learn. Supports in pair skating iare more difficult for me than jumping. In single skating, you control everything yourself, but here you have to join the work with a partner. I don’t know if I’ll go and try pair skating. It was interesting to me in childhood, now I just enjoy what is happening. I do not look into the future, I live in the present.
I grew in my image, they help me a lot. Is the show worse than the competition? A difficult question, here, rather, there is a lot of excitement. I have not yet fully experienced this whole atmosphere. I apply a sports approach to the lot. The training process here is even more complicated: in addition to my training, nightly rehearsals appeared, and in the morning I have school. I try to keep in shape.

There were some difficulties, the lights went out somewhere, but when everything works, it will be even better. It is a great happiness to have Alina Zagitova in our team. She is a ray of light that lit up the hall. Alina grabs everything on the fly, amazed at her talent. You don't become Olympic Champion otherwise. Can pair skating be a new job for her? We think about it, but people want to see her in any role. Alina is still young, but insanely artistic. I would like to come to Japan with some kind of fairy tale with Alina.
