Maybe we'll see Alina in a ballroom dress dancing a waltz with Daniil instead. After all, they have some time to practice. :laugh:

I don't have any faith that this will happen, but I would love to see it! Anything on the ice would be a welcome sight.

Shiseido & Puma give us commercials, gymnasts give us fan pictures from Novogorsk, news channels give us video of Alina working out on gym equipment, and Alina gives us....

Zakarian replied in his instagram that Alina didn't win in any nomination. And they even didn't include Alina in the award's video. I don't know what to think. :scratch2: But I know for sure that for us this award is now uninteresting, it is some kind of farce.

I knew these awards would be a farce, but what the h*** is this? How can this be said at a time when the nominees haven't been announced yet?
Why was Alina invited to Montreal then?
I'll wait for the promised announcement of all the nominees, anyway, I'm sick of it now.
If Alina would be announced as one of the nominees, it will be an even bigger farce then.

From the moment the "awards" voting opened with all the skaters from every discipline randomly thrown in the same 4 categories, it was obvious that this would be nothing but a popularity contest or a contest of 'let's see who has more crazy fans creating different accounts and voting non stop to get their fave to win'.
Zakarian himself spoiling the results gives the idea that he probably has lost interest or doesn't care much anymore about this thing.
Anyway, with all this crap they've lost the Zagistans. At least I won't be watching :disapp:
