One of the marks of a champion in the making is rising above the pressure of being the favorite. Alisa had to know no one could challenge her here or at Coupe de Nice, and yet she remained focused and crushed the competition with four perfect skates.

Don't think she has much to lose at the GPF with a pretty stacked field, but I think these performances will give her confidence, and she's gotten some of the strongest PCS of any of the junior ladies this season.

I was impressed as well. Small crowd, very moderate supporthwell: in Petersburg, still she delivered two beautiful skates.

Alisa will skate her SP very soon at Tallinn Trophy.

Alisa got 64.98. She had a good program but she did got one point deduction. She might not have been ready to start her program in time.

She is 2nd at the moment because Stanislava Konstantinova scored amazing 68.36!! I didn't see Stanislava's skate.

Alisa has such a sweetheart factor but I noticed she really seemed to improve on her presentation since the last time I saw her and she clearly had some very strong moments. Can she land on the Junior World Podium? That would be crazy fun.
