Im a bit surprised there hasnt been an AoP video of her jumping quads. If she tried it in comp it must mean she has landed it clean-ish in training and that is something I would expect Pluchenkos team to put up on the instagarm (and similar) since it would gain some publicity.

I've seen about 3 videos so far of her jumping quads, actually. They've been around. All attempts I saw were downgrade.
What I'm concerned about is this new trend where people who don't really have a consistent(or perhaps even a landed) quad at all attempting them in competitions. Hopefully she'll be fine.

I wouldn't be surprised if Plushy doesn't end up posting about her quad at all considering the backlash he got after Pankova was on his instagram doing quads in harness. As well, Kovalev who is known to be training them hasn't been featured jumping his quad there so I wonder what's going on with the approach. We don't know though there may just be a disconnect between the training sessions where Nastya is practising the quad and those where the recording takes place.

An interview with Nastya's mother from the Mordovian Ornament (people wanted to see what she looks like?..). She says Nastya decided to quit skating altogether in the summer and didn't skate for two months until her first coach took her by the hand and brought her back to a rink. She has only good things to say about Eteri and her team. Plushenko supervises the training of all the children but he is often away (and Nastya's main coach is Ksenia Ivanova).
