Anastasia Tarakanova

Nastya's interpretation of this program improved so much during the season, it's insane! And that 3Lz..one of the best in the field :love:

Wow...I would have been one of the skaters who just slinked back into the corner to watch her skate from the boards. This girl is fire!!

I'd like it (and better if it would be gold) but better if she shows us a clear 4T, that's would be the best

Not yet. https://rsport.ria.ru/20190131/1550208386.html

Plushenko: Anastasia Tarakanova teaches quad lutz and 4t

MOSCOW, January 31 - RIA Novosti, Anatoly Samokhvalov.
Russian figure skater Anastasia Tarakanova learns two quadruple jumps: Lutz and a 4t, coach Yevgeny Plushenko told RIA Novosti.
Fourteen-year-old Tarakanova will take part in the Russian Championship, which will be held February 2-4 in Perm. Figure skater trains with Plushenko and Ksenia Ivanova.
“Nastya teaches quad Lutz and a 4t,” said Plushenko on the phone. “These elements are already being prepared on the ice. There hasn’t been a complete performance yet, but we are getting closer. Everything is very near. I hope she can do Lutz next season and a 4t if everything is in order with health. "
In December, Tarakanova took the fourth place in the Junior Grand Prix Final in Vancouver.
“Before the national championship Nastya is in good shape, she noticeably added the Grand Prix after the Final. The main thing is that she handled psychologically in Perm. But the task for today we put one in front of her is to do her job,” concluded Plushenko. - google translate

Plu and Tarakanova think she potentially may land 4T and 4Lz. Not a single clear landing to be proud of yet.

Nastya is skating fifth in the first group for the SP.

She has been making great strides this season and of course scored 4th-highest TES (after Eteri's 3A) in Nationals in December.
Good luck to her! She is flying high now.
