Not a word about her team mate Sinitsyna in the National Championships nor figure skating in general. She was withdrewn from Nationals because of a small injury.
But is seen here in heels and hopping about?
Hopefully everything is still OK and Anastasiya will be skating again soon. For a person so invested in her sport it seems a bit odd, not to even mention FS in your New Year resolutions.

Nastya is a very likeable girl. Really nice talent on the ice but it seems like there's something missing kind of like with Nastya G. I don't know if it's emotional maturity that leads to consistency on and off the ice like with Eteri girls. As for Anastasia not commenting on Ksenias outstanding senior Russian Nationals I think it makes sense in that it probably stings Nastya to see her teammate do great at senior Russian Nationals when she couldn't even perform because of injury.
Cup of Russia will be very important to nastya. She really needs to medal there. Evgenia is not skating Russian Cup final this season so there will be more opportunities for more girls to make the podium when last year everyone knew it was between Liza and evgenia with the gold medalist going to Worlds. This competition in February is a golden opportunity for Anastasia and everyone else competing. There is no opportunity to be on the world's team but it will be a big boost to the medalists for next season and possibly getting Challengers or maybe even a Grand Prix event.
She also still has Junior Nats that she needs to do well at because I think if she does well otherwise known as medalling, she can get on the team for Junior Worlds

So who were the Junior team be Kamila and two yet-to-be-determined girls? Those are two great opportunities for Nastia. Cup of Russia and Junior Nationals. I don't know how close they are to each other but I think they're both in February.

Londa didn't dare to tip a paw into the freezing water. Tough cookie, this Anastasiya, but it seems a yearly ritual for her and the family
Hopefully she'll be OK already and able to compete full strength in the coming competitions.

That article has Panova mentioning 'foot injury', so it means Tarakanova is at least still enlisted and training in Snow Leopards.
When she misses out on the entire second half of the season, how will she start next season? At Open Test Skates??

It's been an unlucky season for Nastya
She had so much opportunity for this season and so much bad luck. Now when she had the Russian Cup final and Junior Rusnats right in front of her and she can't go and perform it must be very depressing to her. Damn shame.

I actually have my doubts as to whether or not Nastya will continue competitive figure skating past this season, she is a smart girl and sadly her changes of getting out of Russia are dwindling. I hope that she will be healthy and prepared enough to have a good showing at the Cup Final to give her a much needed boost.
I think the reason we have not seen that teased 3A or quad, besides growth, is becuase her financial struggles won't allow her to pay for additional classes, though clearly she trains very hard. She may be left out of both junior and senior national teams next year due to her struggles this season.
I hope that her financial troubles are sorted out soon and even if she can't be the top dog anymore, hope that she can continue skating if that is what she loves <3

A rough fall to start, she seemed tired. She's coming back fron injury so considering that, pretty good! Quick thinking and she added a 2T onto the 3Lo to make a combo. She has a lot of room to make up in the free, this is an important event for her. She's gonna have to deliver, but she can do it.

The woman next to Anastasiya is Ilona Protasenya, who does choreography for the Snow Leopards.
