As you can see from the interview footage after the skate, Andrei was still not healthy and his physical form left much to be desired, he was exhausted. Nevertheless, the only content simplification he allowed himself was a 4T+2T cascade instead of the standard 4T+3T. He tried to execute all the jump content responsibly, and he almost succeeded, one fall from the solo 4T.
Also Andrei told reporters in an interview that three quads is not enough to win, you need at least 4, but this season he will not complicate the program, he is focused on error-free performance of three quads.
