Does anyone really think that Sasha will be able to skate at CoC? Another skater could use that slot even if it's not an American skater. I doubt that her orthopod would be thrilled to have her be on such a long flight and then do triple jumps so soon after her back injury.

I seriously doubt it. Even if she feels good enough, may still be a good idea to skip this one.

If she skips it, it will be hard for her to be in the GPF (although it can be done by winning the next GP event).

Let's keep a tally. Phaneuf as of 1 November is definitely in the Grand Prix. Angela is holding 12 big points right now. Sasha at her best will only get 12 points. I think MK was lucky that year, or unlucky in her opinion.
