Anna Shcherbakova

What in the world is this...https://youtu.be/fiYw3PIz8QM?

I feel like I've seen just about every Anya program, but never this. (It looks like this was March 2016.)

Any idea what the music is, what this performance was for, and what the story is with her outfit? Are there any other instances of her performing this material?
I haven't seen this before, either, thanks! Looking good, what a talent! ;)

It's something about that silence vids, but beyond my abilities.
Anna: So, guys, we still have one unidentified person who, apparently, liked to film silent circles (video).

Dasha: Therefore, let's support Alina in the comments so that she speaks to you, to us and in general again!

Anna (laughing): It would be better if she spoke!

There is a sequel:

Anna and Dasha pretend to sing a song with the words "Don't be silent, tell me at least a couple of words, and save our love with you" - while showing Alina.

People don't talk about it but it's just remarkable Anya went back-to-back winning worlds in 2021 and 11 months later winning the Olympics against the greatest competition any lady has ever faced to win Olympic gold! In recent history only Yuna Kim has done that winning worlds and then following it up 11 months later with an Olympic gold medal. As great as Kim was possibly the most complete lady scattered ever the competition she faced fishing chief faced in Vancouver was about half as tough as what Annie faced in Beijing. As great as Kim was possibly the most complete lady skater ever the competition she faced in Vancouver was about half as tough as what Anna faced in Beijing.

I'm just so frustrated Anna has not been able to truly enjoy her Olympic championship and a victory tour around Russia and the figure skating world including worlds. What has happened is out of her hands. I only hope she plans to continue competitively for a few more years. But I'm wondering if today's shock retirement of 16 year old Alysa Liu in ladies figure skating will start a domino effect of retirements.

Those are two different situations, At the 1TV Cup Anya stated that she intends to continue with skating, but if she would finish, the reasons will be more external than subjective.

And Satoko. I haven't been their biggest fan but I enjoyed their performances, they were both nice girls and it's just sad we won't see them anymore.. but Anna retiring is truly a scary thought...
