Yes typically there's a wristband involved. I know I got one when I went to Skam in 2012 and Nationals in 2014.

I didn't get one -- haven't seen any.

Practice pass is reusable.

I'm at the hotel now. Apparently the room my dad and I are staying in wont be ready until at least 11ish. So I possibly might go to a practice session later on today.

I drove up last night. My parents live in the area, so I'm not in a hotel. Will be driving over to the arena this afternoon. This is my first live competition!

I'm at home in London trying to decide if I should try for a couple of hours nap before staying up all night or if that will make me feel worse? And if I should break out the booze for watching or if that will make me sleepy?
