"Baby toe stops" for linea inline figure skates

Hi,

I am looking for figure skaters who also practice artistic inline figure skating (i.e. not roller skating).

Anybody who uses the smaller (light blue) linea roll line "baby toe stops"
on their inliners (I have boots with size 280; i.e. it is a comparatively long plate).

I am asking as I am thinking of replacing my regular size toe stops with smaller ones (less diameter) to make the stopper resemble more of a toe pick.

It is usually only the smaller inliner plate sizes of linea that come as default with the "baby stops".

My problem: when doing "deep edges" on the inliners the radius of the stopper is catching the floor. Unless I screw in the stoppers a bit more. But then the stopper feels too far away from the floor compared to the picks of an ice skate. Which means I need to tilt my foot more forward (compared to when being on ice skates) when doing a waltz jump over the stop.

I would like the experience on the inline artistic skates to be as close to ice skating as possible.

I am interested if there is someone with the same issue. Thanks in advance.

... will ask her what's her take on the "baby stops" ;-)
... anybody else out there to share related experience ...?

There used to be someone here who did inline artistic roller as well as figure skating, but I haven't heard from her for quite a while. We used to exchange DM because I have quad skates and do a bit of roller dance with them, but I only tried out inline skates once and much preferred quads. Hopefully she's still around (sorry, I forget her user name) and will see your post, but she was the only inline skater that I know of here. Maybe still lurking? (y)

Ok thanks! Will see if he maybe answers, otherwise I will try to contact him.
