What started as an unexpected partnership in May 2023 has turned into one of Canada’s most exciting junior pair stories. With a hockey-to-ice-dance twist, last-minute career pivots, and big Led Zeppelin energy on the ice, this duo is proving that trust, fun, and a few risks can take you far—and fast.

Now heading into the 2025–26 season with fresh choreography, new goals, and even more confidence, Jaz and Kieran are ready to level up. And maybe throw in some hip-hop too. 😉

📍 Next stop: NextGen and Quebec Summer Champs!

I'm glad they are planning to do a split junior/senior season. Maybe it's a long shot, but would love to see them qualify for 4CC.

(As an aside, spouse and I recently made our first trip to Quebec, and loved it. I'm sure I would have no trouble convincing spouse to join me for a summer skating competition in Quebec.)

JGP Riga-bound!
I expected Ava and Yoni to get that spot as they are much readier... but I figure that the decision was made before the Next Gen competition... Their programs are superb anyway... Let's hope they land their jumps and throws as they have said they can do them in practice. Go Jazzy and Kiki !
