It's from the Pittsburgh area so it may be USA only...not sure. Pity I found it after Cynthia's performance was already over.

I as actually wondering the same. I like CBC better (I may be biased) because I find Rod Black :disapp: a tad annoying on CTV sports. I like Underhill and Martini though...I was kind of hoping they'd still be on.

Why don't you like Rod Black? I really like his figure skating commentary. He has grown quite knowledegable about figure skating and expresses himself very well. Rod is most enthsuiastic when speaking about various skaters and is also very generous to all the skaters. I do enjoy Barb Underhill and Paul Martini - especially for the pairs, but don't mind the old gang from CTV either.

Hey why is everyone so down on Kurt? He is a natural when it comes to being in front of a camera and an audience. Kurt reminds me of Toller Cranston - does not pull any punches when it comes to commentating on figure skating.

I didn't like the commenting on the main CBC network with Kurt Browning. This guy never stopped talking and he came across a nagging coach than a commentator.

The most technically difficult element of commenting is probably figuring out when to stop talking, I guess. Country Canada with PJ Kwong is so much better.
