ISU Personal Best Scores for Dillon Judge:

+5 / -5 Grade Of Execution System

The Personal Best and Season Best scores that the ISU uses for a skater only take into consideration certain competitions. For example, they do not take into consideration domestic competitions, such as Sectional, Regional or National Championships.

The table below takes into consideration all the events that the skater has taken part in. These scores are referred to as “Absolute Personal Best” and “Absolute Season’s Best” so as to distinguish them from the scores recorded by the ISU.

Absolute Personal Best Score
Absolute Season’s Best Score

The Absolute designations are based purely on the contents of the Competitive History table in this post. If anybody knows of any scores that are not in the table, please let us know, and we will be only too happy to add them in.

Dillon looked so happy when he came out onto the ice to do his short programme. :) Unfortunately, he was looking disappointed afterwards. 😞

ISU Junior Grand Prix Skate Slovakia Men's SP: Results; Protocols

Dillon Judge Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fk3NY1ZpTSI

Unfortunately, the music in the video has been muted for copyright reasons.

Dillon finished 22nd out of 23 in the SP, with a score of 34.52.

He had a very strange fall on the Flying Sit Spin. And most of the other elements did look a bit rough around the edges. But, given that the rinks in the UK were closed for a full year due to the pandemic, this was to be expected. So, personally, I thought he did very well considering all that has happened.

Dillon is only 2.56 points behind Jegor MARTSENKO (EST) in 21st position, and 4.66 points behind Filip KAIMAKCHIEV (BUL) in 20th position. So, if he puts in a good Free Skate today, there is a good chance that Dillon can move up a couple of positions.

:cheer: WELL DONE DILLON :cheer:

The Junior Men's FS is due to start at 14:35:00 CEST (12:35:00 GMT / 13:35:00 BST). So 6 hours from now.

Dillon will be the second skater to start.

He is due to start at 14:48:40 CEST (12:48:40 GMT / 13:48:40 BST). So 6h 13m from now.

Eh?! Did I not write a report for Dillon's FS in Košice?! Right, that will have to be rectified!

ISU Junior Grand Prix Skate Slovakia Men's FS: Results; Protocols
ISU Junior Grand Prix Skate Slovakia Men: Results

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oR3lVTnbHtY

Dillon finished 21st out of 23 in the FS, with a score of 62.99. This meant that he climbed to 21st place overall, with a score of 97.51.

Here is what I wrote in the competition thread at the time:

I'm not the biggest fan of Jamie Cullum. He's OK, I suppose. But I would prefer to hear the original artists.

It's funny how, from a distance, Dillon's FS top looks like the reverse of his SP top.

The skating wasn't bad. Pity about the falls.

I see Clara is wearing an Aran cardigan today. It's nice too!

Hope he climbs some places.

On the whole, considering what has gone on in the past year or so, I'm happy with how his Junior GP debut went.

:cheer: WELL DONE DILLON!!! :cheer:

CaroLiza_fan

The falls I referred to were on his Triple Salchow, and the Double Axel in the second half on the programme. He also had a Half Loop downgraded in the combo he did as the next element after his second fall. (Even I managed to spot that it didn't go right!)

But, apart from these, there weren't any other obvious issues.

I admit, I did get annoyed when Ted started talking about Dillon having to travel for hours to get to the rink. No, Dillon lives only 20 miles from the Dundonald Ice Bowl! It is actually the other Irish skater that was competing in Košice, Sophia Tkacheva, who has to travel for hours to get to the rink (she lives in Gorey, County Wexford, which is 175 miles from Dundonald). So, Ted must have been told the story, and then got mixed up as to which Irish skater it was about.

But, he was correct that Dillon hasn't been able to train much over the past year and a half due to the ice rinks being closed during the lockdowns.

There was a funny thing that happened that isn't shown in the individual video of Dillon's FS, though. The guy that skated immediately after Dillon, Jegor Martsenko of Estonia, was wearing a costume that looked like it was made from the off cuts of Dillon's SP costume!

All in all, it was a good Junior GP debut for Dillon.

:cheer: WELL DONE DILLON!!! :cheer:

Dillon will be making his second Junior GP appearance at the final round, the Cup Of Austria, this week in Linz.

The Men’s SP kicks off today at 17:00:00 CEST (15:00:00 GMT / 16:00:00 BST). So 5 hours from now.

Dillon will be the 20th skater to start. So, third skater to go in Group 4 (the final group).

The Group 4 Warm-Up is due to start at 19:19:20 CEST (17:19:20 GMT / 18:19:20 BST). So 7h 19m from now.

Dillon is due to start at 19:38:10 CEST (17:38:10 GMT / 18:38:10 BST). So 7h 38m from now.

ISU Junior Grand Prix Cup Of Austria Men's SP: Results; Protocols

Dillon Judge Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FvutBnr_818

Thankfully, the music remains in the video this time.

Dillon finished 22nd out of 23 in the SP, with a score of 32.75.

I had watched the Men's SP live until skater #14, and then went to have my tea, and then started playing catch-up. However, I broke away from the catching up to watch Dillon live. Here is what I wrote in the competition thread after he finished:

Sorry Dillon. I think coming back jinxed you.

Boys, but he was having to fight to get so many of the elements.

He looked really scundered at the end. And even more so when sitting with Margaret.

Hey, it's a long season. There's time to get it polished before Junior Worlds.

And in the meantime, just go out tomorrow and nail the FS! ;)

CaroLiza_fan

The protocols really show how much fighting he was having to do. They were full of zeros and minuses. And to add to his worries, his Change Foot Camel Spin got invalidated. However, he did get a few positive marks for his Double Flip. And he didn't fall.

Fortunately, he already has a competition under his belt this season. So, it's not the end of the World, because he knows he can do this programme better. It was just one of those days.

So, what he has to do is put it that particular performance of the SP to the back of his head, and concentrate on preparing for the Free Skate.

Dillon is currently 0.11 points behind the skater in front of him, David Sedej (SVN). So, with a good FS, he can climb up a place. If he is to climb any higher, it is out of his own hands. It would need others to make mistakes. But, Dillon also has to be careful of the guy who skated directly after him in the SP, Sinali Sango (ZAF), because he is 4.40 points behind Dillon.

So, fingers crossed for a good Free Skate!

The Junior Men's FS is due to start at 18:10:00 CEST (16:10:00 GMT / 17:10:00 BST). So 10 hours from now.

Dillon will be the second skater to start.

He is due to start at 18:23:40 CEST (16:23:40 GMT / 17:23:40 BST). So 6h 13m from now.

Sorry, due to Saturday's action starting so early and finishing so late, I didn't get a chance to write a report about DIllon's FS. But, here it is (at least it's a lot quicker than the last one... ;) )

ISU Junior Grand Prix Cup Of Austria Men's FS: Results; Protocols
ISU Junior Grand Prix Cup Of Austria Men: Results

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaGgNwQOaec

Dillon finished 23rd out of 23 in the FS, with a score of 59.73. This meant that he stayed in 22nd place overall, with a score of 92.48.

I think this is one of those occasions where you have to take the positives.

And with that in mind, here is what I wrote in the competition thread at the time:

You know, although he had 3 falls and a hand down, I think that actually went better than yesterday.

I know that sounds strange, because he didn't fall at all in the SP. But yesterday, everything was challenging. Today, on the other hand, there were things that did go well.

He looks even more scundered today than yesterday. But, he should take the positives.

Slips behind Sango in the FS, but remains ahead overall.

And now, time for food. I'll play catch-up on the rest of the guys later on.

CaroLiza_fan

Like Dillon, the guy that had been just 0.11 points ahead of him in the SP, David Sedej (SVN), also had 3 falls. However, his elements had higher Base Values, and the PCS he got was also higher. So, he actually increased his advantage over Dillon to 12.04 points (in fact, Sedej finished a place higher in the FS than he did in the SP).

Although Dillon finished 1.95 points behind Sinali Sango (ZAF) in the FS, his 4.40 points advantage from the SP meant that he finished 2.45 points ahead of him overall. So, he didn't drop any places overall.

Well, that's Dillon's debut Junior Grand Prix Series over with. And, on the whole, I don't think he disgraced himself.

At the end of the day, he was always going to be at a disadvantage because it is not that long since the rinks in the UK re-opened after being closed for well over a year. And he is young, so he is still getting there. But, it's still early in the season, and there is plenty of time for him to work on polishing up the programmes before Junior Worlds.

I do think he has good programmes for this season. So, as he gets more time on the ice under his belt, I can see his scores improving significantly as the season goes on.

It is so good to again have a skater from Northern Ireland competing in the Junior GP Series (I really can't believe it is now 4 years since Sam McAllister last did a Junior GP). And it is so good to see Dillon finally competing internationally again after so many years. And I look forward to seeing him competing regularly on the international stage for many years to come.

He has done Our Wee Country proud.

I am so sorry. Due to spending an hour and a quarter setting up a new TV yesterday morning, I completely forgot to put up reminder posts for the Tayside Trophy Short Programmes in the Fan Fests.

Tayside Trophy Junior Men's SP: Results; Protocols

Dillon finished 2nd out of 2 in the SP, with a score of 38.81.

There were supposed to be three entries, but Brandon BAILEY (GBR) withdrew.

No doubt about it, this was the best performance I have seen of this programme. Apart from a slight stumble when getting into his final pose, it looked flawless!

Perhaps because this mistake was at the very end, Dillon didn't look very happy afterwards. But, he should be. It is comfortably his absolute PB for the SP, supassing his previous best from Košice by 4.29 points.

Dillon is currently sitting 6.04 points behind Joseph Zakipour (GBR). So, it is unlikely that he will overtake Joe for the overall win. But, if Dillon skates as well as he did in the Short, you never know what might happen! In this form, he will certainly have a good shot of setting more new absolute PB's.

Sorry, I didn't notice that Dillon was also competing at the 🎅 Santa Claus Cup, in Budapest. :slink:

The Junior Men's SP is due to start at 10:25 CET (09:25 GMT). So 40 minutes from now.

Dillon will be the 3rd skater to start.

Unfortunately, there is no Time Schedule. So, we don't know the exact time Dillon is due to start. But, as he is the third skater, it should be about 10:45 CET (09:45 GMT). So 1 hour from now

However, given how quickly the event has been getting behind schedule during the first two days, and by how much, I suspect that the segment will actually be starting later than planned.

Dillon finished 11th out of 12 in the SP, with a score of 38.55.

Here is what I wrote in the competition thread:

I always said that this programme would be good when it was done clean. And whilst it wasn't perfect, it was a lot better than earlier in the season.

He had a hand down of the Triple Salchow-Double Toe combination. And a dodgy landing on the Double Axel. But, everything else looked good.

He still looked frustrated when he finished.

He goes into 3rd. But his score is only 0.26 points lower than his absolute PB for the SP, which he got last month at the Tayside Trophy. Which is a good sign for when he does do it clean.

Dillon finished 11th out of 12 in the FS, with a score of 70.23. This meant that he remained in 11th place overall, with a score of 108.78.

Here is what I wrote in the competition thread at the time:

Apart from the fall on the Double Axel, that was very good.

But, then again, I said the same yesterday, and when the protocols came out, there were minuses everywhere.

After coming off the ice, he banged his skate guard down onto the top of the boards. So, I think he is angry with himself over something. Perhaps the fall, perhaps something else that I didn't spot.

He should be more than happy with the score. 70.23 is the highest he has ever scored in the FS. And he has broken the 100 point barrier in the overall score for the first time.

Although Dillon will not be competing at Junior Worlds in Estonia next week, he will be making the journey to the Baltic States this week, to compete at the Kurbada Cup in Latvia.

Unfortunately, I cannot find a timetable for the event. So I have no idea what time the Junior Men's SP will start at. Or even whether it will be held today or tomorrow.

Whenever it is held, Dillon will be the 3rd skater to start. So, middle skater in the segment.

Dillon finished 4th out of 5 in the SP, with a score of 36.22.

I wasn't able to watch LIVE due to the adverts in the bikes coming 1 skater too early. However, I did watch Dillon during the next set of adverts. Although I didn't post them in the competition thread, here are my thoughts from the time:

Dillon had problems with the jumps at the start of the programme. He fell on the first jump, and then had a double hands down on the second jump.

Thankfully, he stayed on his feet for the rest of the programme.

Didn't recognise the coach with him. I take it travel restrictions mean that Margaret isn't able to go to back-to-back competitions, and so has opted to go with her son to Slovenia next week.

Boys, but those are luxurious looking seats!

There was a funny moment while they were waiting for the scores when somebody leaned into the shot and handed Dillon his team jacket.

He goes into 2nd, with 2 to go.

:cheer: WELL DONE DILLON!!! :cheer:

CaroLiza_fan

Looking at the protocols, I was disappointed that Dillon didn't get any positive GOE's, and only got a single positive mark from the Judges (a +1 for his Step Sequence from Judge 2).

As I expected, it was the first two elements that were costly. The first jump was supposed to be a Triple Salchow combination, but the fall meant that he wasn't able to complete it. Unsurprisingly, it earned -2.15 in GOE, and -5 from all the Judges.

Although it was obvious even to me that the second element, the Double Axel, was messy, I thought the Judges were rather harsh. He was given -3 by Judge 1, and -4 by all the other Judges. He got -1.23 GOE, which was probably fair enough.

Apart from the aforementioned +1, the Judges gave everything else either 0 or -1. In terms of GOE, they were all given either neutral or a small minus GOE. It was amusing to see that the Double Flip was given credit for being in the 2nd half, but was also called for an unclear edge.

Dillon is currently in a Latvian sandwich! He is 6.57 points behind 3rd position, Kirils KORKACS, and 2.50 points ahead 5th position, Antons TROFIMOVS. Barring a disaster, the Top 2 are already assured of their positions. If Dillon has a great Free Skate and Korkacs doesn't, there is a chance that Dillon might claim the final medal. But, I think his priority is to hang onto 4th position.

So, hopefully the Free Skate will go well.

Dillon finished 3rd out of 4 in the FS, with a score of 73.56. This meant that he climbed to 3rd place overall, with a score of 109.78.

I wasn't able to watch LIVE due to watching the bikes. However, I did watch him during a set of adverts a few hours later. Although I didn't post them in the competition thread, here are my thoughts from the time:

Unlike yesterday, Dillon landed his opening combination!

But then he had a very weird fall on his second jump. It was almost as if he tripped over himself.

The rest of the elements looked clean enough to me. Although, there was a very strange moment in between elements when he nearly fell, and he had to have a hand down to stay upright.

Different coach sitting with him today. I can't remember what the guy that handed him the team jacket yesterday looked like, but it might have been him.

Into the lead, and remains above Trofimovs. So, the lowest he can finish is 4th.

But, there is still the possibility of 3rd...

:cheer: WELL DONE DILLON!!! :cheer:

Dillon did get third, but not the way I expected. The runaway leader after the SP, Arlet LEVANDI (EST) did not do the Free Skate. To be honest, I was not surprised when I saw this. He is competing at Junior Worlds in his home country in a few days, and so needs to rest and prepare. I don't understand why he went to Riga in the first place.

Looking at the protocols, and I was happy to see that Dillon got a lot more positive marks from the Judges than he did in the SP. For the opening combination that I mentioned, the Triple Salchow-Double Toe, he got a +1 from Judge 2! All the other Judges gave 0's, and he also got 0 in GOE.

With his third element, the Flying Sit Spin, he got +0.26 in GOE and +1 from four of the five Judges. And I am not surprised. During the Short Programme, I thought "I really like the way he does that", and I thought the same when he did it during the Free Skate.

With all this in mind, I am puzzled by the mark given by Judge 3, Jelena GALIMOVA (EST). She gave him -2 for it! 😲 Out of curiosity, I went back to the protocols for the SP, and it turns out that she was one of the two Judges that gave him -1 for it then. (The other Judges gave him 0). So, she mustn't like his way of doing it.

The other thing that is puzzling me is that he did the Double Flip twice in a row towards the end of the programme. I thought you weren't allowed to repeat an element. Although, looking at the protocols again, he did the Double Axel twice - at the start of the programme as his second element (when he fell), and in the middle of the programme as his fifth element.

Anyway, getting back to the Flips, neither of them scored well. Although both of them got credit for being in the second half, both of them were called for unclear edges. And both of them got minus GOE and minuses from all the Judges. The first one got -0.36 in GOE, -1 from Judge 5, and -2 from the other four Judges. The second one got -0.60 in GOE, -2 from Judge 2, -3 from two Judges, and -4 from two Judges.

Dillon remained in a Latvian sandwich! He finished the Free Skate 0.85 points behind 2nd position, Kirils KORKACS, and 16.30 points ahead of 4th position, Antons TROFIMOVS. Overall, he finished 7.42 points behind 2nd position, Korkacs, and 18.80 points ahead of 4th position, Trofimovs.

It's so good to see one of our skaters heading back to Northern Ireland with a medal.

Not only is he coming home with a medal, but he is also coming back with new absolute PB scores for the FS and overall. His FS score of 73.56 points is 3.33 points higher than his previous best from the Santa Claus Cup in December. And his overall score of 109.78 points is 1.00 points higher than his previous best, which was also from the Santa Claus Cup in December.

Dillon finished 19th out of 20 in the SP, with a score of 35.10.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to watch the Men's SP live. I did manage to watch up to the resurfacing on the night, albeit on a delayed basis. But, the second half of the segment, including Dillon, had to wait to the following morning.

Dillon was skating to an instrumental version of "Englishman In New York" by Sting. Now, I have always loved that song (and not just because I have the same first name as the singer!) But, for me, it loses a lot of it's impact as an instrumental.

As for the skating, it was a good start . The first element, a Triple Salchow-Double Toe combination, looked effortless. But then he fell on the second element, the Triple Loop. He landed on his bottom, and it made me think of Tigger because he just bounced straight back up!

The third element, the Change Foot Sit Spin, looked flawless to me. So, I was a bit disappointed that he got two +2's; four +1's; three 0's; and +0.2 in GOE from the Judges. I thought it would be worth more than that!

Unfortunately, that was as good as it got from the Judges. The Step Sequence that followed had a bit of a stumble in it, and got a really mixed reaction from the Judges, with their marks ranging from -2 to +2. And the Double Axel, which I thought went well, got minuses all round from the Judges. It turns out he had landed on the quarter, but I didn't spot that. The Flying Camel Spin looked fine to me too, but all the Judges gave him minus marks. And I definitely think Judge 8 was out of order giving him -4!

The final element, the Change Foot Combination Spin, was just a disaster. It was wonkey at the start, and then got worse as the element went on. He hung on for as long as he could, but it was inevitable that he was going to have to bail out. And he did right at the end of the element. It was called as a fall, but I would have classed it as a double hand down because, although he was way out of shape, it was only his hands that touched the ice. It doesn't really matter, though, as the whole element was invalidated.

Scottish Ice Dancer Mark Hanretty was commentating alongside Ted Barton, and as part of the introduction, Mark told us that Dillon has Type 1 Diabetes. And after the programme, Mark was quetioning whether this was having an impact on his programme, and making him fatigued. And I was thinking "yes, I saw too that Dylan was fatigued during much of the programme. But I wouldn't put it all down to his diabetes. Courchevel is at a high altitude, where there is less oxygen. And the skaters that train nearer sea level (which is most of them) always get fatigued at competitions held at high altitudes. Plus, there is what Ted pointed out before the programme, that they didn't fly to Courchevel but drove. That must have been exhausting too".

All in all, I thought Dylan did very well. The general concensus in the thread was that he was skating better than he did in his previous Junior GP appearances. And when you look at the scores, that is true. Sure, he scored higher in the events after his Junior GP's last season, but that is t

Dillon is currently 5.96 points behind 18th position, Connor BRAY (GBR), and 7.77 points ahead of 20th position, Dhiyab ALDARMAKI (ARE). Being realistic, unless something dramatic happens, I think all three of them are locked into the positions they currently occupy.

But, for the first competition of the season, positions aren't important. The main thing is getting used to your programmes and trying to set a base line from which you can improve as the season goes on.

The Men's FS is due to start at 11:30:00 CEST (09:30:00 GMT / 10:30:00 BST). So 4 hours from now.

Dillon will be the second skater to start.

He is due to start at 11:43:40 CEST (09:43:40 GMT / 10:43:40 BST). So 4h 13m from now.

Dillon finished 20th out of 20 in the FS, with a score of 48.43. This meant that he remained in 19th place overall, with a score of 83.53.

I think the best way to sum up Dillon's FS is "Oh dear".

Four falls pretty much says it all.

Unlike the SP, I was able to watch LIVE. Here is what I wrote in the thread at the time:

Oh dear. So much red. And so many falls.

This was so reminiscent of Robyn Foster last year.

That second fall was a strange one, and then the stumble when getting up.

I think it is safe to say that this is not his weekend. Mark is again going on about Dillon's diabetes, but I think that is just part of the problem this week. The altitude of Courchevel and it being the start of the season are probably more significant at this particular event. Because he isn't normally like this.

I'm sure he'll get on better at his next competition.

The start set the tone for the programme. A fall on the Triple Salchow. He landed on his right foot, and it went from under him. This was the costliest of his elements, getting unanimous -5's from the Judges, and -2.15 in GOE.

The Double Axel that he did next was about as close as you can get to a fall without it actually being a fall. He somehow managed to adjust himself so that it became just a double hands-down. So, rather than the unanimous -5's that are normally given when there is a fall, three of the Judges gave him -4. The rest went -5, and he got -1.56 in GOE.

The next element was the one I referred to in the post at the time. It was the Change Foot Sit Spin, and he fell when changing foot. He finished pinning on his backside, got up, and as he set off, tripped over his right pick. Judge 9, who was one of the ones that gave him -4 for the Axel, gave him -4 for this as well. But, all the other Judges gave him -5.

In one of the brighter moments of the programme, he did a Triple Salchow-Double Toe combination that looked good to me. But, it was still minuses all round. After avoiding a fall on his first Double Axel, he didn't on the second. And there was no mercy this time; it was all -5's.

The next couple of elements got a real variety of marks from the Judges, but they were all on the minus side of the scale. On the Flying Camel Spin, he tried to grab his blade, but couldn't reach. And for the Choregraphic Sequence, he had a bit of a stumble at the very start and at the very end. Everything in between looked fine, although you could see he was tiring.

He put in a lovely Double Flip straight afterwards, but he got -0.10 in GOE and the Judges marks were mostly 0 or -1. He then did a Double Flip that looked just as good to me. This was the only element that did not get any minuses. It got +2 from Judge 2, and 0 from the rest. The GOE was also 0. But, this good run was about to end, as he fell on the Double Lutz. So, -1.05 in GOE, and -5 from all the Judges.

However, the design of the programme worked in his favour, as these 3 jumps all got extra credit for being in the second half.

Like in the SP, his final element was a Change Foot Combination Spin. And, thankfully, this time it went better than the previous day. Were it not for Judge 8 giving it -1, this would have been his second element to get no minuses.

When he was doing the final bit of choreography afterwards, you could see just how tired he was. And when he finished, he just slumped in disappointment. Coming off the ice, he was totally scundered, throwing his arms up and then onto his hips in frustration. And when the camera came back to him and Margaret after the highlights, you could see just how disappointed he was. And, tellingly, you could also see how heavily he was breathing.

I realise that it is beneficial for skaters to get experience of competing at different altitudes, where there are different levels of oxygen in the air. But why, oh why have a high altitude venue as the location of the first Junior GP?! Talk about throwing the kids in at the deep end! If they must go to places like Courchevel or Colorado Springs, then do it towards the end of the series, when the skaters are more likely to have competitions already under their belts. Not at the start, when it is likely to be their first competition since Junior Worlds, or earlier.

Dillon finished the FS in last position, 6.84 points behind 19th position, Dhiyab ALDARMAKI (ARE). Fortunately, this was smaller than the advantage he had over Aldarmaki from the SP, so he remained ahead of him overall.

Overall, Dillon was 34.98 points behind 18th position, Connor BRAY (GBR), and 0.93 points ahead of 20th position, the aforementioned Aldarmaki.

Not the start to the season Dillon would have wanted. But, he really was up against it with his health problems and having a high altitude event as his first competition of the season. As I said straight after his FS, I am sure that he will fare much better at his next competition, as he will have more practice under his belt and be at a more amiable altitude.

ISU Junior Grand Prix Solidarity Cup Men's SP: Results; Protocols

Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UmiJz3GN_WA

Dillon finished 26th out of 28 in the SP, with a score of 33.28.

I wasn't able to watch the Men's SP LIVE oin Friday night. However, I did manage to watch Dillon about an hour and a half after he skated.

Unfortunately, it was not a pretty skate.

There is a lot happening this weekend, so I'm not sure when I will have the opportunity to re-watch the programme and write a discussion. But, once I do, I'll edit it in.

Dillon is currently 2.73 points behind 25th position, Jakub ROSŁANIEC (POL), and 9.84 points ahead of 27th position, Nikita KOZLOV (KAZ). 24th position, David BONDAR (CAN), is 7.54 points ahead of Dillon. So, being realistic, a good FS could enable Dillon to move up one place, but if he is to move up any further, it would require mistakes from others.

So, hopefully he will have a good FS

The Men's FS is due to start at 12:15:00 CEST (10:15:00 GMT / 11:15:00 BST). So 5 hours from now.

Dillon will be the third skater to start. So, third and middle skater in Group 1.

The Group 1 Warm-Up is due to start at 12:15:00 CEST (10:15:00 GMT / 11:15:00 BST). So 5 hours from now.

Dillon is due to start at 12:35:30 CEST (10:35:30 GMT / 11:35:30 BST). So 5h 20m from now.

But, those times may change if somebody that is due on before him withdraws.
