Elena Ilinykh & Ruslan Zhiganshin

Yeah. I think I'm becoming a groupie like MK's winter. :laugh2:
I didn't expected that either tbh. I was just curious to know which competition they were watching in that nice picture because they were both smiling while watching. So I thought I might ask. She said: Men's. So, then it started. :)
:cheer: I hope she knows there's a huge group of her supporters here and in FSU as well. And Morozombie blogger loves her and Ruslan, too.

I just hope that they can gain confidence by performing in front of a home crowd during nationals and perform to their best at euros! :cheer2:

Yes, she did. You have the picture on my FB and her account. ;) p.s. It's not a secret. She with her name and surname.

Alba you need to tell her to friend me! I tried but her friends were at the max limit! Again envy is radiating!!

What about this for a Waltz? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M57Fi19vcSI
It is quite different but it has a certain youthfulness and airiness to it. For a SD it would also have enough variation imo. I think it would set them apart.

That's if Marina doesn't claim it for her students first. Virtue and Moir used this in the past and she seems to be recycling her music choices with SinKats. All that being said this would suit them so well, they have the softness and fluidity that could make this work. Beauty. You guys should pass it on to her group together with all the other interesting suggestions I've seen.

I found this article of Elena Vaytsehovsky, about I&Z at GPF.

I agree with her analysis, and in particular I liked this part.
(It's google translation but it's undestandable.)
After all, even commercial speech, where the money has already paid for itself involved, as in the final "Grand Prix" - is not always good for the athlete. Judge for yourself: what kind of money can compensate for the moral humiliation that has gone through in the women's final of the vice-world champion and European champion Julia Lipnitskaya? And how long now the coach will have to restore the psychological state of the athlete?

In the case of Ilyinykh Zhiganshinym and the answer is obvious: go to Barcelona definitely worth it. At least in order to see: rivals with whom the pair failed to fight already this season, much less than was assumed only a couple of months ago. Not to mention the fact that the tournament, which gave considerable blood in terms of experienced anxiety and even fear, shoved in newcomers (and their coaches too) huge number of new and very valuable experience.

In one of the old military books I once read a story whose main character - a very young man, returning from the front classmate says, "We'll never be the same age. I became older than you another war"

With his "war" Ilyin and Zhiganshin returned unscathed.

A completely left field suggestion, and maybe people think that Disney would be too cutesy, but I was skating last night and this came on www.youtube.com/watch?v=OzoxlvR8mUY and I just thought it would be wonderful. It's sweeping and romantic with a little bit of an edge, but without allowing any room for too much of Kustarova's usual overblown angst...

Is anyone else stressing out about Nationals already??

Well, considering that I guess whoever uses this music next will be compared to V/M in some way... I think I/Z can handle that :) Maybe more so than some certain other teams... ;)
