Is there a reason you might think Sinitsina's family would be more willing to/capable of paying the expenses than Nikita (and his family)? Not trying to start anything - I'm genuinely just curious :)

In any case, wishing I/Z lots of luck for Nationals! I'll be in Europe for vacation, so hopefully geoblocking issues will work in my favor for once <fingers crossed>.

Snowstorm was used by Yagudin in his 1998 LP, T/M for their 2006 SP und Meissner for her 2007 SP, for sure many more - but it is wonderfully intense Music :-)
 
Tomorrow the practise time will be 12:15 - 12:50 (starting order 1 - 5), 12:50 - 13:25 (starting order 6 - 10) - all Russian time.
 
Ruslena are skating last tomorrow, as if I wasn't nervous & wishing it was done already enough!

I think it`s a good draw for them. They are in the same group as M/K, who IMO are their biggest rivals for the title. Besides, they skated first at GPF and they did mistakes, so skating early isn`t always an advantage.

Yes, generally skating earlier is worse because the judges still have the "leaving room for later couples" mentality & I think Lena has said in the past that she hates being the first in the warm up group because you don't really get the full time to prepare.
 
Skating last can get to your nerves as well, especially if others do well. Let's hope for the best. :cheer2:
 
The good news is that they won't skate in the same group with some others. I'm really sick and tired with them still being mentioned together by some people
After Monko/Khaliavin will be interested and I think they'd like to skate last, from a psychological point of view it makes you feel more competitive after having to skate in the first group and even open an event so far.
