Oh so they do follow the numbers, we know who's judge it is? Interesting, what did ISR judge gave to T&T for the choreo and TR, 9s?:p

No. I don't mean to be rude but this is not correct. Judges are absolutely still anonymous. They can't be linked by the numbers at the back, that is just a list of the judges straight up.

I was gonna say, it's very funny to see what people would call 'Russia oriented' judges score them high and then the Turkey and Israel judges score them lower. Just too much of a coincidence haha.

It could very likely be the russian judge who scored them low if he's voting for another russian team privately. ;)

Lombardia IS NOT part of the challenger series. Again I don't mean to be rude but it is just not. The 10 competitions that are part of it are listed here: http://static.isu.org/media/198197/1933-decisions-of-the-council-communication.pdf under number 6 on page 3. Lombaria is NOT there and is NOT part of the series.

Oh I thought it was. Do they change it each season? Last season on their page they wrote that LT was entered as part of ISU Challenger Series Competition for Senior-Junior-Novice Single and Pairs. http://www.sestoiceskate.it/SestoIceSkate/index.html

Whoever it is, 7s for the choreo is a joke.

The PCS were still very high. One judge even gave them a 9.75 in Interpretation and Performance. I don`t think they will get those PCS at COC, since the GPs are usually judged more strictly, but maybe a mid to high 34 is possible. If they skate a clean FD, I think their PCS will also be quiet high. Maybe they can even crack the 100 for the FD.

I would give them 9s for interpretation without a doubt. Not for the rest, although if other couples are getting 9s I don't know why these two can't. It was full of energy and they can't stop singing which reminds me that they should spare the breath and stop it.

tulosai is correct that Lombardia was not a Challenger event this year. Even though it was a Challenger event last year.

The Challenger list has major differences this year compared to last year (which was the first year of the Challenger series).

An obvious example is that Mordovian Ornament did not even exist last year, but is a Challenger comp this year.

[We have had at least one GS thread about the Challenger changes this year compared to last year. The ISU had announced first in a general way that for this year it would be changing the list of comps and then somewhat later the ISU announced the new list for this year.]

 I love their singing. They are so into their programs, it`s amazing.
Yeah, I mean if C/B or P/C get 9s for skating skills, where one partner is weaker in that area than the other, then Ruslena can get them too. I just wish the panel had been more evenly distributed between the different continents, the same way the GPs are going to be. On another note, Russia has for Euros as well as Worlds a judge on the Ice Dance panel. So, good news for Ruslena, if they qualify for the team. :)

Yes, but I/Z are the last to skate.

Yeah, no one really worth watching IMO in the first group either, but some interesting teams (at least IMO) in the second group- I am particularly looking forward to see how Agafonova and Ucar changed their LP after the music violation last time ... and the last group should be good.

I agree, but the streaming is awful, there's no way I can watch it. I'm just waiting for the videos to be uploaded. At least that's fast...
