Misha's post was even confusing ... but I hope to see them work together someday.

She makes a good point about how Lena plays to the crowd on all sides of the rink. Instead of good "ice coverage," I guess she has good "audience coverage." :biggrin:

I don't think she has a problem with ice coverage AT ALL. I thought it was perfectly fine at Worlds. :yes: I just don't bother arguing with the haters. :rolleye: Sorry if my comment made it seem otherwise. Lena has good ice coverage AND good audience coverage! :agree:

But it was clear that she doesn't skate as fast as she does in practice (blazing fast!), but I think this was partially because she was skating to slow ballads. This is another reason why I want her to skate to an upbeat, fast-tempo piece next year. :yes:

Lena deserves all the attention, I'm sure. I'm just a general admirer of Russian Ladies. If I would be asked to pick one, it would take me decades to even dare to make a choice. :) What I like about Lena specifically is her incredible sunshine charisma, kinda happy-go-lucky kido. So I totally I understand you. :)

I've never really thought of Lena as my personal "Barbie" before, but you make a good point. I was actually looking at Alena Akhmadullina's collection and trying to imagine what Lena might wear next. :laugh:

Yeah. Russian Orthodox Easter. Pretty much the same Christian Easter, but different dates, because Byzantine Christians stayed on old calendar system and did not switch to Roman, which is making it at least more chronologically and historically true. Some updates! :)

If you've been following Lena on Instagram, you already know she's on vacation in Thailand. :agree: Lucky girl!

According to Inna, they will begin working on her new programs soon (in May).

We will start formulating the new programs very soon - in May - said Goncharenko -. Then we will continue the work on the program in mid-June at the training camp in Novogorske".
